Ian Frost is a seasoned professional in the insurance industry. With a career dedicated to insurance claims, Ian has traversed through Regional Claims operations, starting as a Property Claims Telephone Adjuster, and ascending to leadership positions in Claims operations. He brings with him a comprehensive understanding of all lines of claims, acquired through his tenure with insurers across Manitoba, Alberta, and Ontario. 

Passionate about delivering exceptional service and quality in claims handling, Ian thrives on collaborating with his team to ensure customer satisfaction remains paramount. His leadership ethos revolves around providing guidance, coaching, and support to nurture the growth and development of his team members. 

Ian's proudest achievements stem from his commitment to fostering talent within the industry. Throughout his career, he has mentored numerous Claims Professionals, aiding them in advancing their careers. His dedication extends beyond internal development; Ian has also contributed to the education sector by teaching CIP Courses for many years. 

Among his notable career accomplishments, Ian played a pivotal role in coordinating and leading the Claims Team response to the Fort McMurray Wildfires in 2016. Additionally, at a prior insurer, he spearheaded the establishment of a robust 17-member National Catastrophe Claims Team, enhancing the company's ability to respond effectively to catastrophe events across Canada. 

Ian holds the FCIP designation, further underscoring his expertise and commitment to the insurance industry. Outside of work, Ian enjoys indulging in his hobbies, which include watching and attending sporting events such as car racing, football, and hockey.
