Christian started at Rogers Wireless, moving from the call center to managing major corporate accounts. He also oversaw critical complaint management. After taking a few continuing education courses in insurance, he moved on to work as a Claims Adjuster at Desjardins General Insurance Group, overseeing complex auto and habitational claims.  

After Dejardin, Christian became an independent adjuster, collaborating with firms like Denis Rochette Interspect, Deschamps Labrecques et Associes Inc, and LVV Experts (now Claimspro). He specialized in complex commercial and industrial claims, enhancing his critical thinking skills and commitment to superior customer service.  

Protecting Canadian businesses and providing exceptional service is a passion for Christian. Throughout his journey, he has pursued excellence and shown a passion for problem-solving. Christian’s strong interpersonal skills and commitment to outstanding customer service make him a natural leader. He is committed to empowering his team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, mentoring staff and colleagues, and instilling a profound appreciation for business goals.  

Christian has shown unwavering commitment to excellence in his academic achievements, including being an Independent Student at HEC Montreal, and obtaining a D.C.S. in Ecology from Sherbrooke and an A.C.S. in Damage Insurance from Valleyfield.  

In his leisure time, Christian finds solace and balance in the great outdoors by hiking and camping with his family. He and his wife are proud owners of a farm that produces high-quality maple syrup and other crops. Through care and strategic thinking, they have significantly improved operations while successfully running a culturally significant and sustainable business in Quebec.
